The Arkadelphian database lists grantees, grantors, sale price, and property description, and it does not conceal any names. Prices reflect improvements and other factors that can raise value since purchase.

    In mid‑December, four homes changed hands in Arkadelphia and one in Caddo Valley.

    An 80‑acre timber parcel south of Okolona, east of Hays Road, sold for $276 000. Ledbetter Family LLC, represented by John Ledbetter of Antoine, transferred the land to Clint Cornelius of Prescott. Ledbetter had bought the acreage in 2007 for $381 000.

    The largest residential sale was a 2,717‑SF brick house on the 2700 block of Lynwood Drive, Arkadelphia, which sold for $245 000. David and Teresa Smoke purchased it from Geneva Quarles of Little Rock.

    Phillip and Catherine Boyett of Donaldson acquired a 2,220‑SF brick home on the 800 block of North Park Drive, Arkadelphia, for $232 000. The former owners, Johnnie Gray and Michael Ward of Greers Ferry, had bought the property in 2021 for $215 000.

    Angela Saldivar and Omar Muñiz bought a home on the 300 block of South 23rd Street, Arkadelphia, for $144 500. Although online records had no listing, a 2024 building permit from JMRW Properties LLC (Richard Womack) shows a 2,340‑SF single‑family house was constructed there, valued at $90 000.

    A 1,470‑SF house on Ringo Road, Caddo Valley, sold for $118 000 to Justin Lee. The previous owners were Jeremy and Susan Ring of Bryant.

    Robert Henley’s Hillview Investments LLC, Arkadelphia, purchased a 1,188‑SF home on the 2600 block of Evonshire Drive for $109 000. The seller, Louis Requard of Ottawa, Ontario, had bought the property in 2014 for $95 000.
