Realty Income US Core Plus Fund owns 183 industrial and retail properties.

A
rkansas Teacher Retirement System has earmarked $100 million (€85.2 million) for Realty Income’s US Core‑Plus real‑estate fund. Board minutes confirm the allocation to a vehicle that seeks a diversified net‑lease portfolio. The fund owns 183 industrial and retail sites across 33 states, worth about $1.4 billion. Sources say Realty Income closed a $715 million round, drawing capital from pension funds, asset managers, advisers and The Townsend Group. Roughly half of that will fund the seed portfolio; the rest will support future acquisitions. The fund targets a net IRR of 9‑11 % using 35‑50 % leverage, and Realty Income plans a $500 million long‑term co‑investment.

Arkansas Teacher also committed $50 million to Raith Real Estate Fund IV, managed by Raith Capital Partners, targeting $900 million to acquire or develop industrial, apartment, office, hotel and niche assets. A $75 million pledge went to ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund IV. I Squared Capital seeks $15 billion for this fund, which will build a diversified portfolio of 25‑30 middle‑market and opportunistic infrastructure investments.
