rrow Real Estate Advisors has bolstered its ranks with the addition of Eliott Zeitoune, a seasoned commercial real estate professional. Zeitoune joins Arrow as senior director after seven and a half years at JLL Capital Markets, where he worked as a director.
Zeitoune will focus on business development for the brokerage firm, which was launched last fall by Morris Betesh, a former Meridian Capital Group executive. "Eliott's impressive track record makes him an excellent fit for our team," said Betesh in a statement. "This hire underscores our commitment to attracting top talent and delivering exceptional services throughout every stage of a transaction."
Zeitoune brings significant experience to Arrow, having advised on transactions ranging from $5 million to $900 million across various property sectors at JLL. He has also facilitated over $5 billion in debt and equity financings throughout his CRE career.
"I'm thrilled to join Arrow and collaborate with this dynamic group to contribute to the firm's continued growth," Zeitoune said in a statement. Prior to joining JLL, Zeitoune represented tenants in office leasing transitions at Hudson Real Estate Partners.
This move comes on the heels of Arrow's announcement six weeks ago that Michael Wlody, a founding partner at B6 Real Estate Advisors, had joined the firm as chief financial officer and chief operating officer.
