hrista Huffstickler, founder and CEO of Engel & Völkers Atlanta, has been named the No. 1 individual agent for sales nationwide by the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance's Top Producers List. The list recognizes top-performing agents and teams in the industry.
Huffstickler led all individual members with 116 transaction sides and $89.9 million in sales volume in 2023, surpassing a total of $5.95 billion in sales volume and 10,776 transaction sides among the 314 honorees on this year's list. If combined, these individuals would have ranked as the 29th and 36th U.S. brokerages in volume and transaction sides, respectively.
Locally, Susan Kliesen of RE/MAX Center in Duluth tied for 13th place with 45 transaction sides, while Justin Ziegler of Coldwell Banker Realty in Decatur ranked 22nd with 40.75 sides. Huffstickler was the only Atlanta-area agent on the top 25 list for individual sales volume.
The Tim Hur and Helen Nguyen Team at Point Honors and Associates in Duluth ranked 12th for team transaction sides, while The Zac Team at RE/MAX Metro Atlanta Cityside ranked 18th. Alliance President Anita Legacy Blue noted that the numbers represent only half the story of the alliance's impact on the industry, highlighting the potential of LGBTQ+ and ally real estate professionals when given opportunities to excel.
