A
ustin commercial real‑estate broker Justin Bayne, 45, president of Baynes Commercial, was taken into custody Thursday on charges of criminal conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance. Court filings say Bayne ran a concierge‑style drug ring, regularly buying cocaine and connecting clients—doctors, executives and entertainment figures—to a dealer. He maintained a supplier‑buyer link with Uthman “Tobi” Oluwatobi Salisu, 31, who was arrested in September after an anonymous tip. Salisu faces five counts of money laundering over $300,000 and four counts of manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance. The affidavit documents Bayne arranging pickups paid via Venmo and coordinating office purchases, with his introductions generating more than $45,000 in cocaine sales.
