**Life Time**
The fitness chain is opening a 128,000‑sq‑ft club at Durango Drive & Sunset Road, southwest Las Vegas, slated for late 2026. The complex will feature pickleball courts, pools, weekly workout classes, and a full hydrotherapy suite (sauna, steam, whirlpool, cold plunge). Life Time already operates in Summerlin and Henderson, where it also built the adjacent Life Time Living apartment complex.
**Chinatown, Spring Mountain Road**
- *Fore Property Co.* plans a 380‑unit apartment building with 30,000 sq‑ft of retail just south of Spring Mountain on Valley View Boulevard and Procyon Street; construction to begin March 2026.
- *Eddie Ni* (Windfall Group) received county approval for a 116,000‑sq‑ft, three‑story retail/restaurant/entertainment block next to Fore’s site; ground‑breaking targeted for summer 2026.
- *Ali Kaveh* (Platinum Realty) proposes a retail plaza on the north side of Spring Mountain at Wynn Road, about 1½ mi west of the Strip; breaking ground in Q4 2026.
**Blue Diamond Hill**
Jim Rhodes’ long‑awaited housing project on Blue Diamond Hill is moving forward. In 2025, Gary Mayo joined as president of Harmony Homes to oversee the 2,000‑acre site west of Las Vegas, aimed at 3,500 homes. After an $80 million settlement with Clark County in 2024, grading is scheduled for Q1 2026, with construction of homes expected by year‑end.
**Hylo Park, North Las Vegas**
Agora Realty & Management is developing a 90,000‑sq‑ft retail plaza on Rancho Drive at Lake Mead Boulevard, occupying the former Texas Station and Fiesta sites. The complex will include a Cardenas grocery store and other tenants, opening throughout 2026. Ground‑breaking for the northern portion of Hylo Park is planned for Q1 2026.
