wo Texas-based real estate companies are rebranding. ERA Real Estate's global brokerage has merged with Austin Real Estate Experts, a local brokerage owned by Matt Menard and Greg Young, to form ERA Experts. The new company aims to double its production through recruitment and strategic acquisitions.
Meanwhile, Matthews Southwest is simplifying its name to Matthews, a Lewisville-based real estate firm founded in 1994 by Jack Matthews. Matthews has been behind notable projects such as the Dallas High School renovation and the Omni Dallas Hotel development. The company also holds the contract for the $65 million Dallas Convention Center redevelopment.

* Stream Realty Partners promoting Craig Wilson to co-head its national office occupier business in Dallas.
