    * A condominium at 770 Lakeside Drive for $305,000, built in 2004 with 1,798 square feet.

    * A single-family residence at 32783 Redwood Boulevard for $400,000, built in 1973 with 1,813 square feet.

    * A single-family house at 32236 Lake Road for $465,000, built in 1957 with 1,584 square feet.

    * A single-family home at 32594 Schooner Court for $539,900, built in 1979 with 2,772 square feet.

    * A single-family residence at 32379 Brandon Place for $720,000, built in 1990 with 3,561 square feet.

    * The most expensive sale was a single-family home at 31810 Lake Road for $3.9 million, built in 2002 with 11,477 square feet.
