xtell Development is moving forward with plans for a pair of residential projects at the former ABC campus on Manhattan's Upper West Side. The developer acquired the site, which includes several addresses, for over $900 million two years ago. According to filings, Extell plans to build a nine-story building at 30 West 67th Street, featuring 50 units including low-income housing, and a seven-story building at 7 West 66th Street with 31 units. The existing office buildings on the parcels will be repurposed or demolished to make way for the new developments. The timeline for completion is unclear.
