Bear Real Estate Group, a Kenosha-based affiliate, acquired the adjacent properties at 7800 and 7900 W. Layton Ave. from Frank Grainer Real Estate Development in New Berlin. The 6-acre site features a multi-tenant retail strip with various tenants.
