avid and Victoria Beckham's pending purchase of a Miami Beach estate for $80 million led last week's signed contracts report. The celebrity couple is buying the nearly completed 14,270-square-foot mansion from developer Niklas de la Motte through Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty. This deal was one of 11 contracts marked in the Multiple Listing Service between Sept. 23 and Sept. 29, according to the Eklund-Gomes report.
The total asking dollar volume for these properties, including 10 single-family homes and a condo, exceeded $142.6 million. The luxury condo unit at Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach was listed by Marcelo Violland of Prime International Associates for $5.3 million, with an average price per square foot of over $1,760.
The signed contracts report also showed that the 10 single-family homes had an average asking price of around $13.7 million and spent approximately 165 days on the market, totaling $137.3 million in asking dollar volume. In comparison, last week's deals in New York saw buyers sign contracts for 18 homes with a combined asking price of nearly $139 million, averaging 628 days on the market.
