outh Florida real estate players are ringing in the new year with fresh faces and promotions. BH3 Management has appointed Adam Falk as principal and co-portfolio manager, tasked with deal sourcing, asset management, and portfolio management as the firm expands nationally. Falk joins from Criterion Real Estate Capital, where he spent nearly 14 years as a managing director.

    Government Law Group in Fort Lauderdale has welcomed Jordana L. Jarjura as Of Counsel, bringing expertise in land use and government relations to the firm. ANF Group, a Davie-based general contractor, has promoted four team members: Tony Fernandez to vice president, David Trujillo, Ernie Rodriguez, and Peter Kurszewski to project executive.

    Atlantic Capital Partners has hired Zack Hilgendorf as senior vice president and Nick Hilgendorf as an associate in West Palm Beach. Both join from Quantum Real Estate Advisors. Katz & Associates has promoted Robert Nuchereno to director in its Boca Raton office, where he will focus on tenant and landlord representation. Douglas Elliman has brought in Andrew Secular, a former owner of Tortilla Flats, who joins Cindy Orlinsky's team in Aventura.

    Altman Logistics Properties has appointed Andrea Jang and Arden Karson to its advisory board. Jang leads AJS Advisory, while Karson is managing principal of Karson & Co, a Miami-based real estate brokerage and development firm.
