ialow Real Estate has promoted Brett Groper to Senior Vice President and Anthony Genovese to Senior Vice President – Retail Expansion & Advisory, recognizing their key roles in advising on recent high-profile leases and driving client growth across the US.

    The promotions come during a period of record activity for Bialow, which currently manages real estate strategy for over 75 expanding retail and restaurant brands. Groper and Genovese have been instrumental in securing premium locations for clients in key national markets.

    Groper, based in Boston, is known for his expertise in restaurant and retail leasing across high-street markets and mixed-use developments. His portfolio includes prominent brands such as Major Food Group, Joe's Pizza, and Luke's Lobster. Recent accomplishments include:

    * Securing 60,000+ square feet of "eatertainment" space in Boston's Seaport District

    * Representing Remedy Place in its global expansion

    * Facilitating a 13,000 SF lease for AVRA Estiatorio in Boston's Back Bay
