Big Tech Enters Real Estate with KW-Canva Partnership

Franchise giant partners with Canva to provide agents with professional marketing tools.

K
eller Williams has partnered with Canva, a leading design platform, to provide its agents with professional marketing tools. This move marks the software company's entry into the residential real estate market, expanding its user base of over 220 million monthly users. Keller Williams agents will gain free access to Canva's suite of design and marketing options, including templates for social media, flyers, and yard signs, as well as AI-powered image editing software.

The partnership is part of a larger strategy by Keller Williams to equip its agents with best-in-class tools to build their brand and grow their business. The company has long emphasized the importance of technology in real estate, with former CEO Mark Willis stating that "an agent needs to be fully tech-enabled." New CEO Chris Czarnecki has continued this focus, highlighting the need for Keller Williams to "own that technology" as a strategic advantage.

Agents can expect to access Canva's tools later this year. The integration of Canva into Keller Williams' Command CRM system is also planned for the future, further enhancing the company's technology offerings.
