ill Belichick's girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, is making a name for herself in real estate. At 24, she has an estimated $8 million portfolio, according to multiple outlets. In December 2023, Hudson purchased three multi-family homes in the greater Boston area through separate LLCs, with her name listed as the "borrower" for each.
The properties include two townhouses in Dorchester that have been converted into apartments and a family home in Roxbury Crossing. For one of the buildings, Hudson took out a $1.2 million mortgage to purchase the $2.2 million home, with rent valued at $5,000 per month. She also purchased a third property for $3 million two weeks later.
In addition to these properties, Hudson owns a cottage in Harwich that she uses as her primary residence, which she bought for $610,000 in October 2023. Before entering real estate, Hudson was a cheerleader and attended Bridgewater State University. She is the founder and CEO of Trouble Cub Enterprises and was a runner-up in the 2024 Miss Maine USA pageant.
Hudson's relationship with Belichick has been under scrutiny due to their 48-year age gap. The pair sparked romance rumors after his split from longtime girlfriend Linda Holliday, and they went public with their relationship last year. They recently made headlines for a contentious interview on CBS Mornings, where Hudson interrupted the conversation when asked about how they met.
Belichick defended Hudson's behavior, stating that she was simply trying to keep the interview on track. However, CBS News refuted his claims, saying there were no preconditions or limitations to their conversation and that Belichick had agreed to a wide-ranging interview.
