ioMed Realty, a Blackstone portfolio company and leading life science real estate operator, has promoted three team members to key leadership positions. Johan Bostrom is now Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance & Portfolio Insights; John Moshy is Senior Vice President, Development; and Matt Masterson is Vice President, Leasing.
These promotions reflect BioMed Realty's commitment to fostering growth and developing talent within the company. CEO Tim Schoen praised the promoted officers for their dedication and contributions to the company's success across finance, development, and leasing functions.
Below are brief profiles of the newly promoted officers:
Johan Bostrom brings 14 years of experience to his new role, having joined BioMed Realty in 2010. He will oversee corporate finance, forecasting, portfolio reporting, and market research functions. Bostrom holds a Bachelor's degree from Seattle Pacific University and an MBA from USC's Marshall School of Business.
John Moshy has led development projects across multiple teams since joining the company in 2008. As Senior Vice President, Development, he will foster collaboration across markets and development initiatives. Moshy earned his Bachelor's degree from USC's Marshall School of Business.
Matt Masterson becomes Vice President, Leasing, after serving as Senior Director. He has focused on providing high-quality spaces to tenants in the San Diego market. In this new role, he will expand his leadership responsibilities for leasing activities in the San Diego region. Masterson holds a Bachelor's degree and two advanced degrees from USC and the University of San Diego.
