irmingham's newest residents are making a name for themselves in the city's real estate scene. We spoke with four agents from Ray & Poynor who have recently joined the team, each bringing their unique perspective and passion to helping others find their perfect home.

Michelle Wagley, a former teacher, made the switch to real estate after years of moving around the country with her husband. She loves guiding people through the process of finding their dream home, saying "Buying a home is such a personal thing, and I love being part of that journey." When she's not showing homes, Michelle enjoys exploring new spots in Hoover, like Knox Square.

Emma Kathryn Brint, a Birmingham native, took a last-minute career pivot from business to real estate after interning with Ray & Poynor. She loves working with young couples or families buying their first home and says it's "so sweet to see people begin their families while planning for marriage, kids and their forever home."

Sarah Bailey, originally from Rhode Island, has been a Birmingham resident since the 90s. As a hostess at Arman's in English Village, she developed her love of connecting with people, which serves her well in real estate. "Your home is a place where you live your life and make your memories," she says, "so it's rewarding and humbling to be part of those moments."

Leah Henderlong, a college student with a knack for building community, has always believed in the power of connection. As a real estate agent, she sees her role as creating space for people to thrive. "Real estate isn't just about houses," she says, "it's about making meaningful connections and being part of someone's life."

These four agents are just a few examples of Birmingham's new generation of neighbors who are passionate about helping others find their perfect home. Whether you're buying, selling or seeking expert advice, Ray & Poynor is here to help.
