rand Street Properties, which manages West Hartford’s Blue Back Square and South Windsor’s Evergreen Walk, has named Connor Nolan new senior director of leasing. Nolan brings 12 years of real‑estate experience, having served as director of leasing at WS Development where he oversaw merchandising and tenant placement for lifestyle centers in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He will lead leasing across the firm’s portfolio, focusing on the flagship Blue Back Square mixed‑use development.
