ollywood stars Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan have expanded their real estate portfolio, crossing the ₹200-crore mark with a recent investment. The father-son duo has acquired 10 apartments worth ₹24.95 crore in Mumbai's Mulund area, according to property registration documents accessed by Square Yards. These apartments are part of Oberoi Realty's project Eternia, offering ready-to-move-in 3 BHK and 4 BHK units with a total carpet area of 10,216 sq ft and 20 car parking spaces.
The purchase includes eight apartments with a carpet area of 1049 sq ft each and two with 912 sq ft per unit. A stamp duty of ₹1.50 crore along with registration fees of ₹3 lakh has been paid for the 10 apartments, which were registered on October 9, 2024. Notably, Abhishek Bachchan acquired six apartments worth Rs. 14.77 crore and Amitabh Bachchan purchased the remaining four.
The Bachchans have invested more than ₹200 crore in real estate between 2020 and 2024, with over ₹100 crore invested in 2024 alone. Their portfolio primarily includes properties in Oshiwara and Magathane (Borivali East), comprising both residential and commercial spaces. This investment takes their total to ₹200 crore, surpassing the previous mark of ₹194 crore.
