OND Brothers, Inc. is expanding its presence in Massachusetts and New York with two new office openings. The fifth-generation construction management firm will relocate its New York office from the Bronx to Manhattan's Fifth Avenue, while opening a second Massachusetts office in Norwood.
The decision was driven by a desire to improve accessibility for clients and staff commutes, enhancing work-life balance for employees. BOND will maintain its current Medford office, but the new locations on University Avenue in Norwood and Fifth Avenue in Manhattan will provide employees with more choices and convenience when evaluating their commute.
Located near major highways I-95 and I-93, the offices will also facilitate easier access to clients, project sites, and collaboration throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. "We want our employees and clients to feel heard," said Anthony Bond, CEO & President of BOND Brothers, Inc. "Their feedback led us to relocate and add office space for our teams in New York and Massachusetts."
The new Manhattan office boasts 7,364 square feet on the 17th floor, including a wrap-around terrace with city views. The office primarily serves clients of BOND Civil & Utility Construction, while BOND Building Construction is poised for growth in the region.
"We're eager to offer a central space to convene with our New York and tri-state clients," said Kane Cuddy, President of BOND Civil & Utility Construction. "Our new location will allow us to be more present at work and in our personal lives."
