The Core @ Waltham continues to attract influential biotech tenants with its modern infrastructure, outdoor gathering areas, and on-site amenities. The recent lease builds on the property's growing role in the Route 128 life sciences corridor.

Lantheus was represented by Cushman & Wakefield in the transaction.
