The award recognizes his four-decade career shaping Boston's commercial and life sciences real estate landscape, redefining urban development strategy, and elevating the city as a national hub for innovation and economic growth.
Faber has been instrumental in delivering significant commercial projects, including those in the life sciences sector. He leads Related Beal's life sciences portfolio and oversees acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management across various asset classes. His influence extends beyond Boston, with assets in over 17 major markets nationwide.
The award reflects Faber's collaborative mindset, principled approach, and commitment to environmentally responsible growth. Signature developments like Innovation Square Phase III demonstrate his dedication to sustainable urban development.
