The CRE Finance Council's (CREFC) 4th Annual Real Estate Debt Case Competition drew in students from 10 esteemed institutions, each vying for a share of $45,000 in prize money.

    The competition, designed to foster the next generation of CRE finance professionals, brought together graduate and undergraduate students with a passion for commercial real estate. The event's organizers expressed gratitude to the participating teams and judges, comprised of senior industry experts who lent their expertise to guide the up-and-coming talent.
