The New York-based real estate law firm Braverman Greenspun has acquired boutique firm Zingman & Associates, expanding its capabilities in landlord-tenant matters. This acquisition comes nearly two years after Braverman combined with Finder Novick Kerrigan.
Braverman and Zingman have a long-standing relationship, dating back over a decade when Zingman began operating out of Braverman's Midtown New York City office. The acquisition is expected to increase Braverman Greenspun's real estate work, as the firm specializes in providing legal services to cooperative boards, condominiums, shareholders, and unit owners.
