RAND JUNCTION, Colo. - The latest Bray report for May 2025 has been released, revealing a stable median home price in Mesa County at over $400,000. This is consistent with prices seen from May 2020 to 2024.

    Home sales declined by 1% year-over-year, with 286 homes sold in May 2025 compared to 288 in the same month last year. However, active listings surged by 33%, reaching over 600 properties.

    Year-to-date sales are up, with over 1,100 homes sold so far this year. The total volume for 2025 has surpassed $500 million.
