Inter Miami co-owner David Beckham has also been active in the South Florida real estate market, purchasing a $72 million waterfront spec mansion on North Bay Road in Miami Beach with his wife Victoria. The team plans to develop a major mixed-use soccer complex near Miami International Airport.
