eymar has invested $26 million in a waterfront plot in Bal Harbour, where he plans to build a home. The 0.6-acre lot at 148 Bal Bay Drive was sold by Bent Philipson's company, which had purchased the property for $9.3 million in 2020. The house on the site has been demolished.

    Neymar plays for Al Hilal and Brazil's national team. His contract with Al Hilal is reportedly set to be transferred to Inter Miami, where he will join former Barcelona teammates Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets, Jordi Alba, and Luis Suárez.

    The Bal Harbour property features 150 feet of waterfront frontage and comes with approved plans for a 13,000-square-foot mansion. Recent sales in the area include David Arison's $23 million purchase of a waterfront home.

    Inter Miami co-owner David Beckham has also been active in the South Florida real estate market, purchasing a $72 million waterfront spec mansion on North Bay Road in Miami Beach with his wife Victoria. The team plans to develop a major mixed-use soccer complex near Miami International Airport.
