yramid Real Estate Group, a Stamford‑based brokerage, bought the 30,953‑sq‑ft office at 500 Summer St. for $3.45 million and moved its 35‑person team into a 5,000‑sq‑ft space. The property, sold by Noury Holding LLC—run by Mahnaz Hakimi of Syosset—was originally purchased in 2006 for $3.9 million; it was appraised at $3.19 million and assessed at $2.23 million in 2023. Pyramid vacated its former Stamford location at 20 Summer St., which West Park‑Stamford LLC plans to turn into flex space. The firm owns 38 Connecticut properties, mainly in Fairfield County, and had occupied 20 Summer St. from 1979 to 2008. 500 Summer St. hosts 16 tenants, 15% vacant, and is approved for 42 apartments—an exit option Pyramid may pursue in 10–20 years. Michael Gray, the firm’s founder in 1972, is the managing partner.
