655 Union Street | Gowanus
The housing lottery is open for affordable apartments at 655 Union Street, a 13-story building with 193 units. Fifty homes are reserved for families earning between $33,772 to $218,010 per year. 1559 Prospect Place | Crown Heights
A new development in Crown Heights offers 100% affordable housing for low-income families and seniors, with units also set aside for individuals or families experiencing homelessness. The building features studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms available to families earning between $18,480 to $134,160 per year. Priority will be given to seniors for the cheapest units.
Henrybuilt signs lease for Stable Building at 16 Main Street | DUMBO
The historic Stable Building in DUMBO has a new tenant: Henrybuilt, a design company specializing in home design. The building was renovated by Two Trees in 2015 and is now home to art galleries and businesses. Henrybuilt will move its headquarters to the top floor of the Stable Building in 2025.
St. Francis College buildings will be converted into housing | Brooklyn Heights
A massive residential complex with 747 units is coming to Brooklyn Heights, transforming three college buildings into apartments. The project includes retail space on the ground level and underground parking for bikes and cars. No timeline has been announced for the project, which was approved by city preservationists in July.
