This week: revisiting four Brooklyn neighborhoods - Bay Ridge, Crown Heights, Carroll Gardens, and Sunset Park.

W
e're taking a look back at four featured listings from six months ago in Bay Ridge, Crown Heights, Carroll Gardens, and Sunset Park to see how they fared. Here are the results:

In Bay Ridge, a circa 1930s standalone home with arched doorways and wood floors remains available on its corner lot with a garage. This former Open House Pick still has its original price tag.

A charming early 20th century row house in Crown Heights boasts some period details and a shared driveway garage. After a $500,000 price cut, this former House of the Day is now priced at $2 million.

In Carroll Gardens, a brownstone was sold in July for $2,999,999 - $749,000 above its asking price. The home's layout features a kitchen on the garden level.

A 1920s walkup in Sunset Park offers more space than typical Finnish co-ops in the area, with two bedrooms and a dining room and living room. This former Co-op of the Day was taken off the market in June.
