    Pharmarista, a pharmacy and café offering egg creams and coffee, has opened a 1,300-square-foot location at 68 West Main St. in Babylon Village next to the Argyle Theater. Daniel Marcello, a pharmacist with over 20 years of experience, owns the business. Jamie Winkler represented both the tenant and landlord, TLCM Realty LLC, in the lease transaction.

    New Generation Properties LLC purchased a 1.4-acre property at 642 West Main St. in Riverhead for $2.5 million. The property has two buildings totaling 16,265 square feet, originally built as a gas station. The company is relocating from Deer Park to service school buses for local districts.
