In Brooklyn Heights' Historic District, a circa 1850s row house with marble mantels and an original stair sold for $5.7 million in July, just under its asking price of $5.75 million.
A renovated brick row house in Williamsburg, which was once an Open House Pick, is still off the market after being taken off the market in August.
In Crown Heights, a modest house with a notable past - it's where Shirley Chisholm launched her presidential campaign in 1972 - remains off the market since April.
A World War II-era studio in Flatbush sold for its asking price of $230,000 in August after being featured as a Co-op of the Day.
