he Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce is set to host its 2024 Best of Brooklyn Real Estate Showcase on October 29 at the Refinery at Domino, a historic waterfront site in Williamsburg. The event will celebrate the borough's top real estate projects from January 2023 to June 2024.
The showcase will highlight developments across various categories, including residential and commercial properties, public spaces, and sustainable design. Attendees will also get to see projects shaping Brooklyn's future. "We're excited to host this year's Real Estate Showcase," said Randy Peers, president of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. "It's a great opportunity to celebrate and promote the best of our borough."
James Whelan, president of REBNY, will deliver the keynote address. After the showcase, professionals and community members will network and discuss the latest trends in Brooklyn real estate during a formal reception.
Nominations are still open for various categories, including arts, education, historic restoration, and mixed-use projects. Registration and sponsorship opportunities for the showcase can be found online. Sponsors include Citizens, Optimum Business, Two Trees Management Co., JPMorgan Chase, and others.
Notable attendees include Ana Oliveira of Valley Bank, Bonnie Campbell of Two Trees Management, and Kenneth Fisher of Cozen O'Connor. The event is a chance to come together as a community to celebrate Brooklyn's real estate achievements and look forward to its future developments.
