ondo sales in Broward County saw a surge last week, with brokers closing 73 deals worth $20.19 million from September 15th to 22nd. This is a significant increase from the previous week's 54 sales totaling $13.9 million. The average sale price rose to $276,614, up from $257,589 the week before.
According to Redfin data, the average price per square foot also increased slightly to $261 from $260. The top 10 sales ranged from $433,000 to $1.4 million, with Unit LP4911 at Beach Club II taking the top spot at $1.4 million. This sale closed at $888 per square foot after 69 days on the market.
The second-highest sale was Unit 412 at Pilot House, which sold for $759,000 or $384 per square foot. Here's a breakdown of the top 10 sales:
