roward County's condo market saw a decline in September with the lowest sales and dollar volume of the year. Condo sales totaled $199 million, down from $253 million in August, while 630 sales were closed last month compared to 824 in both August and July. According to Redfin's Multiple Listing Service data.
The median sale price was $230,000, with prices ranging from $65,000 to $3.7 million. The price per square foot ranged from $92 to $1,764, with a median of $228 per square foot. This marked the first time dollar volume dipped below $200 million since September.
The priciest sale was unit 1604 at Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale, which sold for $3.7 million or $1,764 per square foot after 206 days on the market. The least expensive sale was unit 2-110 at Holiday Springs Village in Margate, selling for $65,000 or $109 per square foot.
