ondo sales in Broward County saw a surge last week, with brokers closing 111 deals totaling $33.5 million from October 13th to 20th. This marks an increase from the previous week's 70 sales worth $20.6 million. The average sale price rose to $302,175, up from $294,649 in the prior week.

    According to Redfin data, the average price per square foot increased to $276 from $253. The top 10 sales ranged from $575,000 to $1.7 million, with Unit 505 at Sabbia Beach taking the top spot at $1.7 million after 131 days on the market. This sale closed at $940 per square foot.

    Unit 1701 at 100 Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale came in second, selling for $1.6 million or $678 per square foot after 67 days on the market. The top 10 sales are highlighted below:
