A prime example is the sale of 94.83 acres at 1190 915 E. in Mount Sterling by WP Outdoors, LLC to Cooperstown Manor, LLC for $940,000 on December 23. This significant deal was one of several high-profile transactions in the area during this period.
In Versailles, Randall T. Hester and Shannon Hester sold lots at 210 E. First to Drew B. Sarnecki for $105,000 on December 19. Meanwhile, Scott Zimmerman's sale of a residence at 305 W. North in Mount Sterling to Raymond Metzger for $90,000 on December 13 marked another notable transaction.

Ethan Hale sold a lot on the east side of 600 E. Street in Morrelville to Adam E. Fencik for $10,000 on December 6, while Lindsay S.W. Tobolik Trust, Michele Wilkerson, and Perry Douglas Wilkerson and Chelsea Danielle Wilkerson Trust all sold undivided interests in 52.93 acres in Mount Sterling to Charles Loyd McClelland for $158,790 each on various dates.
Finally, Perry W.A. & Son Elevator, Co. of Timewell sold a shed with 1.35 acres on W. Railroad in Timewell to Johnson AG, LLC of Mount Sterling for $8,500 on November 11.
