A
record-breaking real estate deal has taken place in Bucks County, with a sale of over 100 acres in Plumstead shattering the county's previous largest transaction. According to reports, Goode Point LLC purchased the properties, which include a sprawling 12,791-square-foot home on 97 acres for $12.9 million.
The purchase also included two additional parcels: a 1,900-square-foot ranch-style home on 1.6 acres at the intersection of Twin Silo Road for $995,000, and 5.3 acres across the road from the main parcel for $775,000. The previous owner, Twin Silo Farms LLC, acquired the properties in 2020 for a reported $5.2 million.
While rumors circulated that Taylor Swift was involved in the purchase, the singer has since denied any involvement. Real estate attorney and Bucks County realtor Alex Shnayder suggests that the sale may have been handled privately, given its significant size and value.
