Cabot Properties Promotes Leaders to Advance Global Growth Plan

Cabot Properties promotes two leaders, boosting ops and asset management amid US, Europe, Asia Pacific growth.

abot Properties has promoted two senior leaders to reinforce its operational and asset‑management functions as the company expands across the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific. Bradford Otis has been named Chief Operating Officer, a new position that will oversee global finance, IT and HR, streamlining internal operations. Michael Gebo has been elevated to Head of Asset Management, where he will manage U.S. leasing, tenant relations and property‑management activities.

    Chairman and CEO Franz Colloredo‑Mansfeld praised the pair: “Brad and Mike are seasoned, cycle‑tested professionals who have driven Cabot’s success in institutional logistics real estate. Their appointments will help us refine operations and strengthen cohesion across our integrated platform, positioning Cabot to seize opportunities in major consumption centers worldwide.”

    Otis, a 16‑year Cabot veteran, previously served as Managing Director and Head of Asset Management and remains on the board and investment committee. He joined Cabot after a career at Eaton Vance’s Real Estate Investment Group and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Babson College. “I’m honored to step into this role at such an exciting time,” Otis said. “Having grown with Cabot for more than 16 years, I’ve seen the strength of our people and culture. I’ll focus on equipping teams with the resources needed to deliver exceptional results for investors and partners worldwide.”

    Gebo, who joined Cabot in 2015, has led asset‑management and leasing projects in Southern California, Dallas and Chicago, and managed a seven‑million‑square‑foot core separate account. Before Cabot, he handled industrial assets for GLP’s Southern California portfolio. Gebo earned a B.S. in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
