alare Properties has announced the promotion of four team members, including Todd Barclay to Co-Chief Investment Officer (CIO). In his expanded role, Barclay will oversee the strategic direction and management of Calare's commercial property portfolio in the Northeast region. As Head of Investments, he will continue to lead investment initiatives.

    "This appointment recognizes Todd's significant contributions to our firm," said Bill Manley, CEO and Co-CIO. "Under his leadership, our investment team has achieved remarkable growth and success." Barclay joined Calare in 2017 with extensive experience in private equity real estate and has held key roles at KS Partners and New Boston Real Estate Fund.

    In addition to Barclay's promotion, three team members have been promoted to Senior Associate: Bailey Duffy, Sam Joseph, and Lauren Manley. Each brings unique expertise to their new roles, having supported Calare's acquisitions team, expanded investment outreach in the Northeast market, and managed day-to-day operations for various assets.
