ivcoWest, a leading national real estate investment and development team behind Cambridge Crossing (CX), has announced that 222 Jacobs Street, one of CX's premier life sciences and technology buildings, has received the prestigious TOBY Award for Corporate Facility of the Year from BOMA Boston. This award recognizes excellence in building management, with criteria including community impact, sustainability, accessibility, and employee relations.

It features a sun-soaked lobby, shared conference center, bike room, and on-site retailers. The building is home to Philips North American Innovation Center and Abbvie, among other tenants.
