illionaire Bill Koch has put his Cape Cod property at 17 Indian Trail in Osterville, Massachusetts on the market for $23.9 million. The estate was previously owned by Bunny Mellon and features eight bedrooms, two cottages, a beach house, an artist's studio, and a greenhouse across seven-and-a-half acres.
Koch purchased the property from Mellon in 2013 for $19.5 million and has since accumulated additional costs. He is also selling other plots of land on Cape Cod, including a 10-acre estate he bought adjacent to the main residence two years after purchasing the original property.
The billionaire has been renting out the property for $25,000 per week through Zenas Crocker and Kelly Crosby of LandVest, an affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate. Koch owns additional properties in Palm Beach and a ranch in Paonia, Colorado, and recently listed his 16,600-square-foot log mansion in Aspen for $125 million.
