BRE Group, Inc. has appointed Adam Gallistel and Andy Glanzman as Co-Chief Executive Officers of CBRE Investment Management. Gallistel will oversee investment strategy and performance, with a focus on investor engagement, while Glanzman will lead business development and day-to-day operations.
Gallistel joins CBRE Investment Management from GIC, where he headed Americas Real Estate and Global Real Estate Credit since 2015. He has become a prominent real assets investor in the Americas, focusing on growth sectors like data centers and infrastructure-related investments. Gallistel will assume his new role on April 1, 2025.
Glanzman, who joined CBRE Investment Management in 2010, has held various leadership positions within the company. As President since January 2022, he has navigated the business through market challenges and positioned it for continued success. Sulentic, Chair and CEO of CBRE, praised Gallistel and Glanzman as exceptional leaders with complementary skills to drive growth and opportunities for clients.
Gallistel and Glanzman will co-chair the Executive Committee and report directly to Sulentic. Their appointments are part of CBRE's strategy to invest in and grow CBRE Investment Management.
