BRE has completed the sale of Zen Easton, a 99-unit age-restricted apartment community in Easton, Massachusetts. The deal was facilitated by CBRE's multifamily team, led by Simon Butler, Biria St. John, John McLaughlin, and Brian Bowler.
Built in 2003 as part of Queset Commons, a 30-acre mixed-use development, Zen Easton features a single three-story building with studio, one-, and two-bedroom units averaging 798 square feet. The property offers a mix of classic and renovated layouts, along with extensive community amenities such as a social lounge, fitness center, library, and outdoor spaces.
Located just south of Boston with easy access to Route 24, Zen Easton provides residents with regional connectivity while maintaining a suburban atmosphere. The sale highlights ongoing investor interest in high-quality age-restricted communities within the Greater Boston area.
