BRE Announces Sale of Strata Apartment Community in Malden, MA

    Representatives from CBRE, led by Simon Butler and team members Biria St. John, John McLaughlin, and Brian Bowler, have announced the sale of Strata, a 295-unit apartment community in Malden, Massachusetts. The property is a market-rate development located just north of Boston off Route 1.

    Built in 2000, Strata features a single five-story building with a mix of classic and renovated studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units averaging 892 square feet in size. Recent upgrades have enhanced the community's amenities, including a resident lounge, private workspaces, fitness center, and expansive outdoor areas.

    CBRE exclusively represented the seller, an affiliate of The Green Cities Company from Portland, OR, and procured the buyer, an institutional investor.
