CBRE Announces Senior Leadership Appointments to Strengthen U.S. & Canada Advisory Services

BRE has made several key appointments to strengthen its U.S. & Canada Advisory Services business, focusing on market expertise, capital markets, and data-driven solutions. The moves are part of the company's ongoing effort to elevate top talent and prepare for growth across North America.

    Chris Connelly has been named Executive Group President, overseeing CBRE's geographic markets outside New York and its leasing business in both countries. His expanded role highlights his long-standing leadership and deep understanding of regional operations.

    James Millon and Tommy Lee have been promoted to Co-Heads of U.S. & Canada Capital Markets, bringing decades of experience in debt and equity capital markets. Millon joins from a debt capital markets background, while Lee comes from Trammell Crow Company, where he led the Capital Markets team as an equity investment specialist.

    To enhance data capabilities, Mike Casey has been appointed Chief Data Officer for U.S. & Canada Advisory Services, focusing on leveraging internal and market data to drive insights and performance.

    Brooke Armstrong has been named Advisory Group President, West Region, while Pete Schippits will lead the East Region and Canada as Advisory Group President. Both leaders report directly to Connelly.
