hef Priyanka Naik, a Food Network champ and cookbook author, is selling her Kips Bay home for $1.35 million. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom corner unit at VU New York offers stunning views of the Empire State and Chrysler Buildings.

    Naik, a self-taught vegan chef and author of "The Modern Tiffen," purchased the 619-square-foot apartment in December 2021 for $1.21 million. She moved in shortly after and has now decided to sell to start a new chapter with her partner.
