ndurance Real Estate Group, an affiliate of Endurance Real Estate Group, LLC, is pleased to announce a full-building lease with a national third-party logistics provider at the Chambersburg Logistics Park. The 1,006,500 SF Class A development is situated on 93 acres directly off Exit 10 of Interstate 81 in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
Cushman & Wakefield's Gerry Blinebury and Alex Wenger represented ownership, while Eric Zahniser, Brad Struck, and Clint Manning of Cresa represented the tenant. The project's prime location along I-81, combined with its state-of-the-art design and functionality, were key factors in securing a lease with a leading national logistics provider.
Endurance identified the site off-market and secured all land development entitlements for the project. "We pinpointed 93 acres zoned for industrial right off the I-81 Exit 10 interchange and designed a best-in-class big box site layout to cater to the 1 million square foot user base," said David Erlbaum, Senior Vice President and Partner at Endurance.
The cross-dock facility features 40-foot clear heights, LED lighting, and an ESFR sprinkler system. It includes 170 overhead dock door positions, four drive-in doors, and 213 trailer stalls, expandable to 303. The property offers full visibility from I-81 and excellent connectivity to major East Coast markets, regional seaports, and multiple air, rail, and highway systems.
