iane Hendricks, Wisconsin’s wealthiest woman, founded Hendricks Commercial Properties in Beloit. The firm, which owns properties nationwide, now holds the Charmant Hotel after the City Council transferred the development agreement from the Weber Group. The city had originally partnered with Weber during the hotel’s construction. Hendricks also owns ABC Supply, a major building‑material distributor, and is a donor to conservative causes, including President Trump.

    Kevin Millard, WIZM News’ director, is a West Salem native who has lived mainly in the La Crosse area, aside from brief stints in Florida and Wausau. He began broadcasting in second grade and has worked behind the scenes at local TV stations. Since October 2005, he hosts WKTY Outdoors.
