ctor Chris Evans has put his hilltop Mulholland Drive home on the market for $6.99 million, a significant price jump from its original purchase price of $3.52 million in 2013.

    The property, built in the 1940s and spanning 0.76 acres, boasts stunning views of Mulholland and Laurel Canyons, as well as the Santa Monica Mountains. Evans has made personal touches throughout the home to enhance these views and create a warm atmosphere.

    After over a decade of memories in his LA home, Chris is moving back East to be closer to family. The 43-year-old actor, a native of Massachusetts, recently tied the knot with Alba Baptista in Cape Cod and owns a home near his hometown of Sudbury.

    The Los Angeles property features a 4,600-square-foot main house, an accessory dwelling unit, four bedrooms, and multiple patios. The gated abode also includes an outdoor pool and a gym where Evans transformed himself into Captain America for Marvel films. Some of the actor's furniture is negotiable with the sale, including his gym equipment.

    Evans plans to star in the upcoming A24 romantic comedy "The Materialists" alongside Dakota Johnson and Pedro Pascal, set to release in June.
