IBS W, the women's division of the Commercial and Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island, will host a discussion on the impact of artificial intelligence in commercial real estate. The event, "Navigating the AI Revolution: A Blueprint for Commercial Real Estate Professionals," takes place on October 23 at RXR's 58 South Service Road in Melville.

    Industry icon Bob Knakal, chairman and CEO of BK Real Estate Advisors, will deliver the keynote address. With over 2,339 buildings brokered worth approximately $22 billion, Knakal is a prominent figure in New York City real estate. He previously owned Massey Knakal Realty Services, one of the city's most successful commercial real estate brokerage firms, which was sold to Cushman & Wakefield for $100 million in 2014.
